At Black-ops Clothing, every item is made to order. This means your product is produced specifically for you once your order has been placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, wrong size selection, unwanted items, or ordering by mistake — unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
All Black-ops Clothing products are made to order. Once your order has been placed and production has started, we cannot cancel, refund, exchange, or accept a return unless there is a genuine issue with the item.
